The location was so so good !But sometimes the workers hold the elevator and only one of them was available and it took so long to come.

The apartment was great. It is located in a safe, quiet and convinient location (close to grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants). The building is well kept, good lighting in the halls, floors always clean and a good presentation in general.

The apartment was great. It is located in a safe, quiet and convinient location (near subway lines, grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants). The building is well kept, good lighting in the halls, floors always clean, good presentation in general.

We had a great experience in this apartment. Wonderful light, beautiful architecture, lovely owner. The kitchen and bathroom are done well. The maintenance staffer is helpful and does an immaculate job of taking care of the building. This apartment is such a wonderful location in NYC; I wish we could stay. We did need to add in some items we consider important to living (like a bottle opener).

I would like to own this apartment. What a wonderful rental experience. Thanks to the owners for keeping the place so nice and for all of the amenities (especially the wine!). Rachida was super helpful in securing this apartment. She was very professional and worked diligently to get it set up for me quickly. This was in stark contrast to some of the other furnished short term rentals I had inquired about with other agents, and made it a no-brainer for me to go with the furnished apartments that Rachida had available. The apartment itself was very nice too. Thanks!

The apartment is at a GREATlocation. Very convinent for everything you want to do in town. Close to many different subway lines. The furniture is in good condition. Great closet and shelf space. However, the electronics are old models not as stated on the website.
